WHAT IS JUMPSTART?
Jumpstart is a 3 week programme for recent grads (1-2 years out of uni).
If you're interested in joining a startup, Jumpstart is for you.
Week 1: Hear directly from 50 top startups who will pitch their roles to you over Zoom
Week 2: Get trained and upskilled in professional communication, problem solving, and fundamental startup knowledge
Week 3: Go straight to interview - with most grads securing a job within two weeks

Is Jumpstart for me?If you graduated in the last couple of years, and you're interested in getting a full-time role at a top startup, Jumpstart is for you. It takes 30 seconds to to apply (just upload your CV), so it's worth doing even if you're not sure what exactly you want to do!

I don't know what I want to do / I have a very specific idea of what I want to do, can I still apply?Some of our graduates have a very specific idea of the role and company they want to work for, others are very open. Either way, it's worth applying to the programme (it takes 30 secs to apply with your CV). We'll talk you through your options and help you find the perfect role for you.

Does it cost money to join the programme?There’s no cost to you or your salary. All of the startups we work with are incredibly invested in their teams, and want to work with great people, so they pay us a fee when they hire someone through our programme (this fee is independent of you and your salary).

What sort of salary could I get?All salaries are negotiable, but tend to be between £30,000-£50,000.
